Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive leadership in industrial or systems engineering, including at least 5 years at a senior management or director level.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale, multi-site operational system implementations from concept to completion.
- Strong experience in both hardware technologies (automation, robotics, operational equipment) and software solutions (ERP, WMS, MES, analytics platforms).
- Expertise in high-value capital project management and enterprise-level technology integration.
- Exceptional project management expertise (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Capability to lead in dynamic, fast-paced operational environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the industrial engineering roadmap, integrating enterprise-level software control systems with physical operational infrastructure.
- Provide executive oversight for all implementation and execution activities, ensuring alignment to corporate strategic goals.
- Lead long-term investment and technology upgrade planning for automation, system software, and hardware assets.
- Oversee delivery of complex engineering projects across multiple operational and distribution sites.
- Ensure technology integration between hardware systems (automation, robotics, material handling) and software platforms (ERP, WMS, control systems, analytics).
- Establish governance and performance frameworks to manage scope, budget, timeline, and risk.
- Stay current with emerging technological trends and ensure the organization maintains a leadership position in operational innovation.
- Standardize engineering processes, technical documentation, and system specifications.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements across operational systems.
- Lead and mentor cross-disciplinary engineering teams, fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and innovation.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, supply chain, and technology vendor partners to deliver integrated solutions.
- Act as the senior liaison between corporate leadership and engineering execution teams.
