Reporting to the SVP, Marketing & Communications, this role involves leading internal communications within the region. This position requires a deep understanding of business objectives and organizational dynamics, as well as the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across diverse areas of expertise, including global marcom central and shared services teams. In this context, strong interpersonal skills are essential. In this role, the internal communications leader contributes to shaping strategy with local insight, bringing deep local intelligence and market understanding, they act as the primary connection to the regional and trusted advisors to the business. Empowered to deliver impact, they connect global direction to local priorities and opportunities. This position can be based in any U.S. city where WSP has an office location, with preference to east coast locations.
