Position Overview Reporting directly to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and based in our Cresset Dallas office, the Director, Investment Strategy & Execution serves as a strategic and operational partner responsible for driving disciplined execution across the Investment organization. This role focuses on coordination, synthesis, governance support, and ensuring follow-through on the firm’s highest investment priorities. The Director enhances the effectiveness of the CIO and Investment leadership team by attending key internal and external meetings, synthesizing complex discussions into structured insights, clarifying decisions and action items, and ensuring timely accountability. The role supports alignment across all investment verticals, including public and private markets, research, due diligence, portfolio management, and investment operations. This position requires exceptional organizational and project management skills, strong analytical rigor, executive-level communication and presentation capabilities, sound investment and business judgment, and the ability to influence across teams without formal authority.
