We are looking for a visionary Director of Global End User Engineering to serve as the primary leader of our digital workplace. In this role, you will move beyond traditional IT management to lead the strategic convergence of identity, security, and process automation. By overseeing our global Active Directory, Patching, Workstation engineering, and Enterprise Platform teams, you will eliminate technical friction and build a seamless, resilient environment that empowers our workforce to perform at scale, anywhere in the world.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree is beneficial but business experience in Information Technology is necessary.
  • The candidate must be an “Engineers Leader” , someone who understands the technical aspects and has the ability to drive change and lead technical teams.
  • A track record of moving a global organization from legacy to modern provisioning
  • 12+ Years in IT Infrastructure: A progressive career that began in hands-on systems engineering (AD, Windows/macOS management) and transitioned into high-level architecture and leadership.
  • Global Leadership (5+ Years): Proven experience leading distributed engineering teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. You must understand the nuances of follow-the-sun support and regional compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Scale Accountability: Experience managing an environment of at least 5,000 to 15,000+ global users. The complexity of AD consolidation and global patching increases exponentially at this scale.
  • Vendor & ELA Management: Extensive experience negotiating Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs)
  • Vulnerability Management Leadership: Experience owning the "Patching SLA" and defending those metrics to a Board of Directors or a Risk Committee
  • Budgeting Management

  • Fiscal responsibility for Enterprise License agreements with Microsoft, ServiceNow and Atlassian to optimize ROI and reduce shelfware.
  • Drive tool consolidation across all areas of responsibility, to deliver a best of breed approach to managing the end user workstation experience
  • Talent Transformation
  • Scale a world class engineering organization by shifting the teams focus from manual administration to high value automation and self service engineering
  • Act as the primary technical authority for end user engineering, presenting platform road maps and risk profiles to stakeholders
