About The Position

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Market Administration
who will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for four
critical areas within Market Operations: Financial Transmission Rights (FTR),
Seams Administration, Forward Market Solutions (FMS), and Day-Ahead Market
Operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring these functions operate
efficiently, remain aligned with organizational strategy, and meet all
regulatory and market requirements. The Director will also foster a culture of
collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement while working across teams
and stakeholders to support reliable and effective market outcomes.

• Organizational Development: Build and mentor high-performing teams, cultivating leadership capability and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the organization in industry forums, regulatory discussions, and community outreach to advocate for operational priorities.
