The Director – Marketing Strategy & Operations at USALLIANCE Financial is a high visibility strategic leadership role responsible for the overall planning, execution, and performance of the organization’s marketing programs. Reporting to the VP of Brand Strategy and Growth Marketing, this role drives the strategic evolution and day to day leverage of our marketing technology stacks and ensures that all campaigns and operations are fully aligned with business objectives, focusing on significant growth in member acquisition, engagement, and satisfaction. This position will also lead cross-functional initiatives and manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships to ensure marketing execution and digital marketing capabilities yield a positive ROI and contribute to a higher member satisfaction/ NPS.
