About The Position

We are looking for a strategic and versatile Business Strategy leader to join our team and report to our CMO. You will serve as a strategic partner and force multiplier, ensuring the Marketing organization is aligned and executing against its highest priorities. You will act as a central coordinator, ensuring brand, demand generation, and pipeline health strategies are seamlessly integrated while effectively operationalizing the CMO’s strategic vision.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in strategy development and cross-functional leadership within SaaS, technology sectors, or Product Marketing
Proven ability to manage event preparation and deliver high-quality executive-level presentations and reports
Demonstrated success navigating highly complex, global organizations and driving results through influence
Exceptional communication, project management, and facilitation skills focused on driving measurable results

Responsibilities

Partner with the CMO to define, communicate, and track global marketing priorities, ensuring a focus on pipeline health and market leadership
Serve as a key liaison between Marketing, Product, and the broader GTM organization to facilitate feedback loops and program effectiveness
Lead event preparation and external engagement by creating executive-level presentations and supporting high-stakes customer interactions
Oversee the rhythm of the business, including leadership staff meetings, QBRs, and annual planning cycles to ensure high-value outcomes
Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving and ensure clear follow-through on all critical commitments
