Quinnipiac University's Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine invites applications for the position of Director of Admissions, a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and continuously enhancing all operational aspects of the medical school admissions process. Reporting to the Associate Dean for Admissions, the Director provides strategic and operational leadership for admissions activities from application through matriculation. This role ensures that all policies, procedures, and practices align with the School of Medicine’s mission and values — preparing future physicians who are compassionate, collaborative, and dedicated to patient-centered care. The Director of Admissions oversees the day-to-day management of the admissions lifecycle, ensuring an efficient and compliant admissions process. The Director works closely with faculty leadership, admissions committee members, student ambassadors, and administrative staff to support applicant evaluations and an inclusive, welcoming experience for all candidates. This role is instrumental in maintaining LCME compliance, strengthening data integrity, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both operational excellence and applicant engagement.
