As our Director of Annual Giving, you'll be the architect of meaningful connections, turning annual donors into lifelong champions of our mission. Your Impact: Lead innovative campaigns that engage parents, alumni, and friends across our vibrant preschool-12 community. Manage a portfolio of 150 leadership donors while mentoring volunteers and shaping strategy alongside our Head of School. From Giving Tuesday excitement to year-end celebrations, you'll create moments that inspire generosity and strengthen our community's commitment to excellence, curiosity, and integrity. You Bring: 3-5 years of fundraising success, strategic vision, relationship-building prowess, and proficiency with Raiser's Edge. Your collaborative spirit and creative problem-solving will thrive in our supportive, mission-driven environment where independent school values meet innovative thinking. What We Give: Competitive compensation package based on experience in the Advancement field. Medical, Vision, Dental, and Supplemental Insurances. 403b with an 8% contribution from Moravian Academy when you contribute 5%.
