About The Position

Join Our Team as a Director of Business Travel Sales at the Cary Collection of Hilton Hotels, which includes DoubleTree by Hilton Raleigh-Cary, Hiilton Garden Inn Raleigh-Cary, and Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh Cary I-40.  At Parks Hospitality Group, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Business Travel and Sales to lead and execute corporate transient and negotiated business strategies across a designated group of hotels. This role is focused on driving sustained revenue growth within business travel, negotiated corporate, and local accounts, while partnering closely with hotel leadership and revenue management to align sales efforts with overall performance goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive hotel sales experience, with focused-service hotel experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience supporting or leading sales efforts across multiple properties preferred.
  • Working knowledge of hotel operations, sales systems, and the local market.
  • Experience with Hilton systems, Delphi, Agency360, Hotelligence, and GDS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of business travel, project teams, and corporate sales strategies across assigned hotels.
  • Manage and grow key negotiated corporate and business travel accounts at the local, regional, and national level.
  • Identify new business opportunities within corporate transient, local negotiated, and extended stay segments.
  • Leverage corporate and business travel relationships to uncover group and meeting opportunities, driving incremental revenue through cross-selling across assigned hotels and the broader portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Revenue Management to analyze market trends, prepare forecasts, and develop pricing strategies.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person site tours, presentations, and meetings with prospective clients to showcase the property’s offerings.
  • Represent the hotels at industry events, client meetings, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
