The Director of Case Management CDI at Ensource is responsible for leading and managing the case management and clinical documentation improvement (CDI) functions within the organization. This role ensures that the case management processes align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements, while also optimizing clinical documentation to reflect accurate patient care and facilitate appropriate reimbursement.
