How you’ll contribute A Director of Clinical Services who excels in this role: Is responsible for ensuring that the company approved programs are implemented and being provided consistently. Provides oversight to the therapists and provides feedback through the performance evaluation process and if necessary through counseling. Ensures that all interventions (individual, group and family therapy) are performed and documented according to professional clinical standards. Actively participates in survey activities (TJC, Medicare and licensing). Coordinates performance improvement and completes monthly reporting. Attends treatment team meetings on a regular basis. Ensures that clarification of the therapeutic role and treatment plan with the patient and families is completed Actively participates in the complaint resolution process as needed. Is responsible to collaborate with leadership team members related to hospital operations. Additional requirements include: Previous experience in inpatient psychiatric healthcare required. A knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles required. Previous management experience at Director level preferred. A current, unencumbered clinical social work license (LCSW) is required. CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training within 30 days of employment or prior to any patient contact. Requirements

  • Applicants should have a Master’s Degree from an accredited school of social work (required).
