Director of Clinical Support Services
About The Position
Neighborhood Health Association is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Clinical Support Services to join our leadership team. This senior leadership role plays a critical part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while advancing operational excellence across our health centers. Working in close partnership with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), the Director translates strategic initiatives into operational execution. The role focuses on improving productivity, strengthening patient satisfaction, ensuring clinical staff competency, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting the continued growth of clinical services. The ideal candidate is a collaborative healthcare leader with strong experience in primary care operations, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and team leadership.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) from an accredited school of nursing
- Active Ohio RN License (Required)
- 4+ years of healthcare leadership or clinical supervision experience (Required)
- Experience in a primary care clinical setting (Required)
- Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards including PCMH, TJC, NCQA, UDS, HEDIS, CPC, and infection control
Nice To Haves
- Experience in community health, FQHC, or public health settings
- Experience in staff development and program implementation
- At least 3 years of community health nursing experience
- Experience leading quality improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives
