About The Position

The Director of Communications & Marketing is responsible for overseeing the organization’s marketing, communications, and brand representation in support of organizational goals and physician engagement. This role provides leadership across internal and external communications, guides marketing strategy, and manages departmental operations within a physician-led, partnership-based environment. The position requires strong communication skills, professional judgment, and the ability to work effectively within a complex healthcare organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience.
  • Experience working within healthcare or professional services organizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive and physician leadership to support strategic marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Oversee internal and external communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational values.
  • Provide support, direction, and training for executive leadership for internal and external communications.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Marketing & Communications team.
  • Guide marketing strategy, campaign development, and performance analysis.
  • Oversee marketing and account representatives supporting interventional services.
  • Maintain oversight of CRM systems, referral analytics, and reporting along with strategic planning for interventional services.
  • Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and operational priorities.
  • Oversee brand standards, website content, digital presence, and third-party vendors.
  • Guide videography, photography, and social media strategy in alignment with organizational standards, mission, and strategic plan.
  • Work with Human Resources to oversee company-wide events, physician meetings, sponsorships, and internal initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
