Our evidence-based, culturally appropriate, trauma informed behavioral health services address the diverse needs of those we serve. Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Compliance and Quality Improvement provides senior-level leadership and oversight for Frontier Behavioral Health’s (FBH) Compliance Program and Quality Improvement initiatives. This position serves as the organization’s primary compliance authority and is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring systems that ensure adherence to federal, state, and contractual requirements. The Director plays a key role in strengthening internal controls, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, identifying operational and clinical improvement opportunities, and ensuring preparedness for audits and external monitoring. This role supports strategic goals, organizational culture, and practices consistent with FBH’s Mission and Vision, while promoting a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
