The Director of Corporate Marketing is responsible for developing the strategy, framework, policy and procedures to drive omni-channel lead generation, within assigned budgets. This will include defining business requirements on Growth Marketing initiatives in the form of epics, user stories, and process flows, building relationships with various business stakeholders, understanding business priorities, and obtaining the necessary project funding for project execution. The position would generally be responsible for managing 2-5 direct reports and will partner with cross-functional business stakeholders to define growth marketing omni-channel strategy. It has accountability for product and channel success with the other parts of the Marketing Demand Generation Teams, including Marketing Orchestration and Marketing Execution Teams. The Director must therefore have a strong understanding of the vacation ownership business and be able to translate business strategy into omni-channel requirements including digital requirements for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
