Autodesk is hiring a Director of Customer Success Finance to serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Customer Officer and lead financial strategy and execution across the global Customer Success organization. This role combines deep analytical expertise with strong business P&L acumen to guide planning, performance measurement & reporting, and investment decisions—particularly across monetization of services. You’ll lead a high-performing team and collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales Finance, Analytics, and Corporate Finance. Your ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights will be key to influencing decisions across both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
