In this way, LIIF provides a bridge between private capital markets and communities. LIIF’s headquarters is in San Francisco and has offices in Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, and Washington D.C. The Low Income Investment Fund (LIIF) is seeking a strategic, mission-driven Director of Development to lead and manage LIIF’s institutional fundraising function. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer (CDO), the Director of Development provides enterprise-wide leadership for development strategy, execution, systems, and team management, driving LIIF’s multi-million-dollar annual fundraising goals. This role is responsible for setting and implementing fundraising strategies and strengthening the systems and processes that support sustainable growth. The Director of Development leads cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and reporting for philanthropic, corporate, financial institution, and public-sector funders in support of LIIF’s programs and national initiatives.
