About The Position

Jerry’s Enterprises, Inc. has an outstanding opportunity for a Director of Digital Content, Marketing and Loyalty leader. The Director of Digital Content, Marketing and Loyalty will lead the strategy and execution of our digital ecosystem to drive brand engagement, customer acquisition, conversion and long-term loyalty. This role is responsible for shaping a cohesive, data-driven digital approach across content, performance marketing, and loyalty programs – ensuring a consistent and customer-centric experience across all owned and paid channels. Requirements

  • Proven experience leading digital content, performance marketing, and loyalty initiatives at scale
  • Demonstrated success managing teams, budgets, and complex, cross-functional programs
  • Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management), marketing automation, CMS (Content Management System), and analytics platforms
  • Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills
  • Strong process improvement skills
  • Proven partnering skills
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business communications or related field
  • A minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and/or customer engagement

Nice To Haves

  • Experience driving personalization and customer lifecycle marketing
  • A background in e-commerce, subscription, or data-driven consumer businesses

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the digital content strategy across web, email, mobile, social and emerging channels
  • Oversee content planning, creation, governance, and optimization to ensure brand consistency and quality
  • Lead digital marketing strategy including paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing and social platforms
  • Oversee and evolve customer loyalty strategies and programs that drive retention, repeat purchase and value
  • Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional stakeholders, aligning digital initiatives with broader enterprise priorities
