About The Position

Join the team responsible for establishing Palo Alto Networks as the undisputed digital authority in the age of AI. We are looking for a Director of Digital Marketing Product Management sitting within the Digital Team, you will oversee the products that connect our brand awareness efforts to high-intent conversion points. You will be responsible for transforming our website and "on-demand" web experiences into a seamless, personalized engine that fuels the marketing funnel. You will own the full end to end product process from intake to prioritization to launch. You will know how to connect the business initiatives to the website strategy to the engineering engine that builds the roadmap. You are the "air traffic controller" between marketing requests and the technical execution team.

Requirements

  • 15+ Years in Product Management: Specifically within digital marketing, or high-growth B2B/B2C environments.
  • Scrum Mastery: Deep experience in Agile Management frameworks. You should be expert in managing JIRA/Azure DevOps, defining MVP (Minimum Viable Product) scopes, and managing technical debt alongside feature development.
  • Technical Marketing Depth: Deep understanding of the modern MarTech stack (e.g., CMS, MAP like Marketo/ Adobe, CDP, and Analytics tools).
  • On-Demand Expertise: Proven track record of managing high-traffic web products, including on demand experience platforms and ungated/gated content ecosystems. Proficient understanding of how technology interplays with the customers journey from brand to demand, inclusive of the events experience.
  • The "Funnel" Mindset: You don't just build features; you understand how a user moves from an ad click to a "contact sales" form and what data needs to pass through that journey.
  • Adaptability: Proven track record of staying ahead of technology and AI tools.
  • BS/MS in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in the cybersecurity sector is a major plus.
  • Certified in CPPM, SAFe/ scaled agile frameworks.
  • Web development experience.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and lead the multi-year product roadmap for digital marketing. Ensuring alignment between marketing goals and digital goals.
  • Agile & Scrum Leadership: Directly manage the product backlog and lead dedicated Scrum teams (Developers, UX/UI, QA). Facilitate key ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives to ensure a high-velocity, predictable delivery cadence.
  • End-to-End Journey Orchestration: Map and optimize the full customer lifecycle, ensuring a frictionless transition from paid/organic channels to on-demand web experiences and event registrations.
  • On-Demand & Event Integration: Lead the product development for "always-on" digital experiences, including webinars, virtual events, and interactive content hubs that drive mid-funnel engagement.
  • Activation & Personalization: Partner with Growth and Demand Gen teams to implement sophisticated "activation" triggers, utilizing first-party data to personalize the web experience in real-time.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the "Product Owner" interface, translating complex marketing business requirements into technical user stories with clear acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
  • Funnel Analytics: Establish KPIs for digital product health, focusing on conversion rate optimization and pipeline.
