About the position

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Director of Digital Product Management - Employee Experience to lead and elevate our efforts in enhancing the end-to-end IT experience for our employees. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our IT services and solutions effectively meet the needs and expectations of our workforce, fostering a productive and engaging work environment. The Director of Digital Product Management - Employee Experience plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between technology and the workforce. They are responsible for designing and delivering an IT ecosystem that enhances employee engagement and productivity. This involves not only the deployment and maintenance of IT services and solutions but also the continuous assessment and improvement of these systems to align with the evolving needs of employees. By gathering and analyzing feedback, the Director identifies pain points and opportunities for innovation, ensuring that the technology infrastructure supports a seamless and efficient work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT Employee Experience strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of innovative programs to enhance the IT service experience for BV's workforce, including initiatives to improve onboarding, self-service management, and employee engagement in security practices.
  • Conduct in-depth surveys and gather feedback from employees to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to address employee concerns and enhance satisfaction across the BV ecosystem.
  • Ensure IT employee experience initiatives are aligned with the company's culture and strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the development of seamless IT onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring new hires are effectively integrated and departing employees have a smooth transition.
  • Lead the creation and management of technology-specific training programs to upskill employees on new technologies and industry best practices.
  • Evaluate and optimize the IT work environment, including physical workspace, technology infrastructure, and tools to enhance productivity and employee wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure employees have access to the necessary technology and support to perform their roles effectively.
  • Establish and maintain open communication channels across all areas of BV to keep employees informed about company updates, initiatives, and relevant information.
  • Foster a culture of continuous feedback and engagement to drive improvements in the IT employee experience.
  • Partner with IT managers to identify and implement opportunities for service improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics, providing strategic feedback to support process and tool enhancements.
  • Lead the analysis of employee feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the IT employee experience.
  • Develop and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to track the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives and inform stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 15+ years of experience.
  • All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong understanding of IT operations and technologies: Familiarity with IT infrastructure, systems, and industry trends.
  • Experience in IT experience management or employee experience management: Proven track record in designing and executing employee engagement strategies.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels, build relationships, and foster collaboration.
  • Proficiency in using data to inform decision-making and measure the impact of employee experience initiatives.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and monitor employee experience projects from conception to completion.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on employee experience or IT service management.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, tools, and processes; excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
