About The Position

As the Director of Dining Services, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for a high-volume corporate dining account in Tampa, FL. You will oversee complex, fast-paced operations, lead and develop a high-performing team, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional food quality and service standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of leadership experience in food service operations at the Director, General Manager, or similar level
• Five or more years of senior-level leadership experience in high-volume food service operations
• Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale production and catering programs
• Strong financial management skills, including budget oversight
• Commitment to professional growth within a best-in-class foodservice organization

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients as well as other departments
• Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top-quality food
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Roll out new culinary programs
