About The Position

Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the hotel, including building systems, landscaping, and mechanical equipment Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform corrective maintenance Supervise and delegate tasks to engineering staff Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs Manage repairs of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals Maintain logs, records, and maintenance reports Ensure safety procedures and hazard prevention measures are followed Respond to emergencies and support life safety systems Conduct inspections and ensure timely resolution of deficiencies Manage capital projects, budgets, and operating costs Coordinate with vendors and oversee contracted projects Support energy conservation and efficiency initiatives Train, supervise, and develop engineering staff

Requirements

  • Mexican, North American, or Canadian citizenship.
  • Possess Titulo Universitario or/and Cedula Professional on hand (not in process). The degree must be in Engineering, Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Have a valid Mexican, Canadian, or U.S. passport with at least 1.5 -year validity.
  • No previous immigration issues.
  • Ability to move to the U.S.
  • 100% traveling requirements
  • Fluency in English (90% English).
