At The Iowa Clinic our people are the most important resource. We’re looking for an experienced Director of Facilities Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of new construction, remodeling, and/or major renovations of space to fit the needs of the organization on all Clinic locations, analyzing and accepting vendor bid proposals, development and oversight of RFP processes, furniture/equipment procurement, interior design, etc. This position will oversee building/space lease arrangements (new and renewal), preparing documents, negotiating requirements, and finalizing contract terms. The Director of Facilities Management is accountable for overall budget and coordination of internal and external facilities management including physical security of all Clinic locations, and other special projects as assigned by the CEO. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must!
