A rare and enviable opportunity exists for a highly accomplished professional to direct all aspects of the culinary and dining operations. The selected candidate is part of the community's management team and will have significant responsibility for planning and oversight of Culinary Operations and Dining staff ensuring a high quality food product and welcoming atmosphere and presentation experience for Residents and guests.

Requirements

• 10 years of progressive food and beverage management experience
• use a Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required or must be willing and able to become CPR and First Aid certified
• Equivalent years of experience with high school diploma or GED equivalent will be considered
• Ability to supervise, hire, train and motivate staff
• Strong Microsoft office skills
• Effective communication, financial acumen, organization and team-building skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required
• Current state health and sanitation certification
• Ability to become Certified Dietary Manager and Certified Food and Beverage Executive

Nice To Haves

• Previous position with similar responsibilities in a high-end restaurant, club, hotel, or senior living company is preferred.
• Prior oversight of multiple Food & Beverage venues is preferred.
• hospitality degree preferred
