As a Bench Director of Food & Nutrition Services, you will provide flexible, system‑wide operational support across an 8‑hospital healthcare network. In this role, you will step into Director‑level leadership positions as needed to ensure operational continuity and service excellence. You will oversee day‑to‑day dining operations, support and lead teams of associates, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure superior food quality across multiple hospital campuses. Bench leaders are essential in stabilizing operations, improving processes, and enhancing patient, retail, and guest dining experiences. You may support patient services, retail cafés, coffee shops, catering, grab‑and‑go programs, and other foodservice areas depending on the needs of each account.
