As our Director of Growth Marketing, you’ll help shape how we succeed in the market. This senior-level role will focus on driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and overall business expansion through data-driven marketing strategies and programs that extend across the entire customer journey. From helping expand our brand and thought leadership position to drive awareness and create demand, to helping shape GTM motions and enabling sales to accelerate that demand into closed-won deals, this leader will drive significant impact on supporting 3E’s customer acquisition goals. This leader will also support the strategy for customer marketing programs that increase customer value, product adoption, and support long-term account growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting the multifaceted aspects of marketing into holistic impact-driving marketing programs that align to our business strategy and accelerate results against our marketing KPIs. This leader will partner closely with the leader of marketing operations and digital, sales leaders, and product leaders and will directly oversee a wide range of 3E’s marketing efforts, including campaign strategy, content strategy, events, website and social media content, portfolio marketing, and sales play development.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and Implementing Growth Strategies: Creating and executing comprehensive marketing plans to attract new customers and increase revenue.
  • Managing Marketing Execution: Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of marketing professionals to execute end-to-end marketing strategies and campaigns that help achieve departmental goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Partnering with marketing operations to optimize various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns.
  • Managing the marketing content and promotional investments Monitor investment performance to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Driving Marketing Best Practices and Innovation: Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in growth marketing. Ideating and implementing the application of AI to help scale and accelerate marketing execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with 5+ years of leadership experience and accountability for end-to-end marketing campaign and/or product marketing strategy — ideally in B2B SaaS, information services, or regulatory/sustainability tech.
  • Broad Marketing Expertise: Should have a strong working knowledge of best practices and principles of Marketing Strategy, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, B2B Sales Process, ABM, and Marketing Measurement.
  • Proven Track Record: of delivering growth from both new customer acquisition and expanding value with current customers.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical ability to interpret data, identify trends and optimize campaigns and GTM motions.
  • Strong Leadership/Influence Skills: Exceptional collaborator with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Must be skilled at aligning stakeholders around a shared vision while driving accountability.
  • Skill in Establishing Scalable Processes: Strong ability to build processes that can help drive scale and efficiency.
  • Passion for Driving Change and Positive Culture: Creative problem solver and change leader adept at driving a positive and productive team culture.
  • Experience or interest in EHS, compliance, or sustainability domains is highly valued.
