We're building the most data-driven GTM organization in SMB technology space, and we need a senior leader to run the analytics and applied AI function that powers it. At Owner, the Business Operations team doesn't just analyze the business. We build products and systems that drive it. Our GTM analytics team has already built ML-powered lead scoring that 2x'd our LTV:CAC ratio, automated account research that doubled rep output, and intelligent routing systems that optimize pipeline for hundreds of reps. And we're just getting started. Owner is also at an exciting inflection point: we're expanding into new product verticals and AI-led offerings, which means building entirely new GTM motions from scratch. This role will be at the center of defining those strategies and building the systems to optimize them. We're also using and adopting AI extensively throughout our analytics and solution-building pipeline. This role will be central to helping define and implement our applied AI strategy: building AI-powered GTM products, and establishing the structures for how the team uses AI to accelerate everything we do. As Director of GTM Analytics & Applied AI, you'll own the strategy, team, and execution for everything that makes our GTM machine smarter. You'll work directly with our CRO, CMO, and senior leadership to identify the highest-impact opportunities, then lead a team of ~6 analysts, data scientists, and AI specialists to build the solutions.
