About The Position

JOB PURPOSE: The Director of Healthcare Partnerships leads national partnership development and drives revenue growth for C2Q. This executive‑facing role identifies, cultivates, and secures strategic relationships with PACE organizations, health systems, provider networks, and emerging PACE sponsors seeking comprehensive administrative, operational, and compliance support. The position serves as an ambassador for C2Q’s model advancing visibility, expanding market presence, and shaping opportunities within the PACE and healthcare ecosystems. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Partnership Development Develop and execute a nationwide growth strategy targeting PACE organizations, health systems, provider groups, and new PACE sponsors. Position C2Q as the premier administrative services partner for PACE programs requiring scalable operations, compliance expertise, and integrated infrastructure. Build and maintain high‑level relationships with CEOs, CFOs, Chief Strategy Officers, Executive Directors, and other senior leaders. Lead the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach through contracting and operational transition. Revenue Growth Drive national revenue expansion by securing new client partnerships and executing market penetration strategies. Develop and manage a robust, accurate opportunity pipeline with clear movement through each stage of the sales cycle. Collaborate with executive leadership to set revenue targets and growth strategies aligned with C2Q’s vision. Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements based on client needs and operational requirements. Industry Presentation Represent C2Q at local and national PACE conferences, healthcare forums, and industry events. Serve as a thought leader, promoting C2Q’s value proposition and differentiators. Maintain a strong presence across national PACE associations, healthcare networks, and strategic alliances. Market Intelligence Monitor nationwide PACE market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging growth opportunities. Identify new PACE sponsors, health systems, and organizations exploring PACE expansion. Deliver regular insights on market positioning, competition, and strategic opportunities to senior leadership. Cross Functional Collaboration Partner closely with business development, operations, compliance, finance, shared services, and clinical teams to ensure proposals are aligned with C2Q capabilities and regulatory expectations. Support onboarding, implementation, and integration of new partners post‑contract. Provide feedback and recommendations on service enhancements aligned with evolving PACE market needs. Reporting & Compliance Maintain accurate documentation of engagements, pipelines, activities, and partnership progress. Provide frequent updates, forecasts, and market intelligence to executive leadership. Ensure all outreach, relationship management, and partnership activities comply with regulatory standards. Schedule: 8:30AM – 5:30PM Weekly Hours: 40

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of five (3+) years of experience in Business Development, Provider Relations,Territory Management in healthcare or enterprise engagement and developement.
  • Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
  • Willing to travel locally, state and nation wide as needed.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish, English/Chinese, English/Bengali, or orthers depending on territory) strongly preferred.

  • Individuals must be able to sustain specific physical requirements essential to the job. This includes, but is not limited to: Standing - duration of up to 8 hours per day in the field/community Sitting/Stationary positions – sedentary for 6-8 hours a day for consecutive hours/periods. Lifting/Push/Pull – up to 50 pounds of equipment, baggage, supplies, and other items used in the job scope using OSHA guidelines, etc. Bending/Squatting – have to be able to safely bend or squat to perform the essential functions under the scope of the job. Stairs/Steps/Walking/Climbing – must be able to maneuver stairs safely, climb up/down and walk to access work areas. The position requires an individual to be able to travel and walk between sites/locations and work areas throughout the day. Agility/Fine Motor Skills - Must demonstrate agility and fine motor skills to operate and activate equipment, devices, instruments, and tools to complete essential job functions (i.e., typing, use of supplies, equipment, etc.) Sight/Visual Requirements – must be able to read documentation, papers, orders, signs, etc., and accurately type/write documentation, etc. Audio Hearing and Motor Skills (language) Requirements – must be able to listen attentively and document information from patients, community members, co-workers, clients, providers, etc., and intake information through audio processing with accuracy. In addition, one must be able to speak comfortably and clearly with language and motor skills for customers to understand an individual. Cognitive Ability – Must be able to demonstrate good decision-making, reasonableness, cognitive ability, rational processing, and analysis to satisfy essential functions of the job.
