About The Position
The Director of Hospitality Learning & Development is responsible for driving enterprise-wide hospitality excellence through the design and delivery of high‑impact training programs. This role serves as a cultural ambassador, reinforcing brand standards and the Company’s Culture of CARE while enabling associates and leaders to deliver consistent, high-quality guest and team experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5–7 years of customer service and operations experience
- 3+ years of leadership or training experience
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder partnership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong digital literacy
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and facilitate learning programs for frontline, supervisory, and leadership teams
- Partner cross‑functionally with Operational Excellence and People Services to align training with business objectives
- Champion inclusion, cultural competence, and service excellence initiatives
- Lead guest experience and quality assurance programs, including guest happiness assessments
- Analyze performance metrics and feedback to inform continuous improvement
