The Director of Hotel Intelligence, Americas is responsible for driving business growth by leveraging data and industry relationships. This position is responsible for leading the development and promotion of P&L benchmarking analytics, using data to enhance all aspects of business development across the Americas region. As a HotStats Subject Matter Expert, you will provide critical insights and analysis that directly impact strategic decisions for our clients and the company.

Requirements

6+ years of go-to-market experience, specifically in sales or sales engineering
In-depth knowledge of the hotel industry, including operational best practices and market trends.
Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills, with a proven track record of effectively negotiating with key stakeholders.
Proficiency in English and Spanish.
Willingness to travel (approximately 30%), including international trips.

Nice To Haves

Specialized skills, knowledge, or experience within the Hospitality technology industry, specifically revenue management.
Knowledge of the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI).
Prior experience working directly with organizational leaders and executive teams.
Proven track record of success in a high-pressure, sales-driven environment.
Proficiency in Portuguese

Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on new sales leads to build a robust and qualified sales pipeline.
Manage the entire pipeline process, from initial contact and qualification through to deal closure.
Negotiate commercial terms and handle client objections to successfully close new business deals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client data in the CRM system.
Prepare and deliver compelling, value-driven sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
Develop and maintain expertise on product capabilities, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
Create and deliver key knowledge and learning content to enable internal teams and external partners
Participate in industry conferences and events to represent Duetto and drive lead generation.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partners on GTM plays to increase qualified pipeline and close-rates.
Provide product feedback to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams, identifying opportunities to improve GTM strategy and processes.
Perform other related duties as needed to support team and company priorities.
