The Director of Human Resources & Organizational Development plans, directs, organizes, coordinates, and evaluates the overall employment and development-related strategies for the Clerk of Superior Court, including full employment life cycle and personnel-related activities in accordance with applicable Maricopa County and State Judicial policies, procedures, and current federal, state, and local laws, statutes, and regulations. This is an executive management level classification that exercises considerable initiative and judgment in carrying out assignments. The Director oversees and serves as the appointing authority for the department and is responsible for managing the department's overall activities, including formulating and administering Clerk of Superior Court policies.
