The Director of Human Resources will provide strong and effective leadership, direction, and professional expertise in all areas of human resources management for the property. This executive will be a strategic business partner to the General Manager, and an integral member of the senior leadership team that establishes the strategic goals and objectives for the property. As the Director of Human Resources, you will work in partnership with corporate Human Resources and other Human Resources Leaders in the enterprise to implement high impact practices and programs designed to maximize performance and results via a consistent and meaningful Team Member experience. This position is responsible for leading a team that oversees the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource department including employment practices, employee relations programs, processes/recruitment, workers compensation, company benefits, training, and company policies and procedures. The Director of Human Resources develops and manages processes and programs to reduce and control voluntary turnover.
