About The Position

Treasure Coast Community Health, a well-established and highly respected Federally Qualified Healthcare Center with patient care sites throughout Indian River County, is currently seeking a Director of Human Resources to join their team. Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Human Resources is responsible for developing and executing HR strategy that align with the organization's business goals, overseeing all HR operations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This person will be responsible for planning and administering policies and procedures relating to all phases of human resources activity. They will be involved in all aspects of recruiting, making hiring and wage recommendations, employee orientations and evaluations, overseeing employee benefit programs, m aintaining Personnel Procedure Manual and making adjustments in accordance with Board review and approval. Additionally, the HR Director will carry out supervisory responsibilities i n accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws and will also handle the interviewing, hiring, training, directing and disciplining of employees, while addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of five years experience in Human Resources , preferably in a Health Care environment

Nice To Haves

  • A Master's degree is preferred
  • HR certification is preferred (SHRM- CP or PHR)
