About The Position

Meneses Law is an Immigration Law Firm seeking an experienced Director of Information Technology to lead our technology department. We seek someone with a strong background who will oversee the firm’s technology strategy, infrastructure, and IT operations. This role ensures that technology systems support business goals, maintain security and reliability, and drive innovation.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms,networkingand cybersecurity
  • Champion inmanaginglarge IT projects and enterprise systems.
  • Proficientwith Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant data tools.
  • Excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skillsand attention to detail.
  • Able to type 45 WPM or more.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • IT Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and implement the firm's IT strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and manage the IT department, including system administrators, network engineers, developers, and support staff.
  • Adviseexecutive leadership on technology trends and opportunities.
  • Establish IT policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Infrastructure & Systems Management
  • Oversee IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud systems, and data centers.
  • Ensure systems availability, performance, and scalability.
  • Manage enterprise software, hardware, and business applications.
  • Cybersecurity & Risk Management
  • Implement cybersecurity strategies to protect company data and systems.
  • Monitor security threats, vulnerabilities, and incident response plans.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.
  • Project Management
  • Lead technology implementation projects such as ERP, CRM, cloud migration, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners.
  • Budgeting & Vendor Management
  • Develop and manage the IT budget.
  • Evaluate and select technology vendors and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Team Development
  • Promote continuous learning and professional development.
  • Establish performance goals and conduct evaluations.
  • Perform any other tasks or functionsdeemednecessary to the daily operations of the employer.
