About the role: We are seeking an exceptional Director of Insights to join our Marketing team. This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer. You will serve as a critical part of the marketing leadership team and be responsible for our storytelling engine. You will transform our proprietary data into industry-leading insights, positioning us as the most trusted partner for employers navigating the complexities of healthcare benefits. In this role, you will define Garner’s thought leadership voice and partner closely across our go-to-market, research and development, and leadership teams to turn our data into content that builds our brand and drives demand for our products. Where you will work: This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
