About The Position

The Director of Integration Operations will lead and oversee the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of integration processes across multiple business units. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow between diverse systems, applications, and platforms to support organizational goals. The Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, product development, and business stakeholders to design scalable integration solutions that enhance operational efficiency. They will also be responsible for managing a team of integration specialists, driving best practices, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and security protocols. Ultimately, this position aims to deliver robust integration frameworks that enable the organization to respond agilely to evolving technological and business demands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical initiatives.
  • Operational planning and integration skills.
  • Process mapping and pipeline development.
  • Financial modeling includes projections of each financial statement.
  • High-level communication in writing, speaking, and team interactions.
  • The Director of Integration Operations will utilize their technical expertise in integration technologies daily to design and oversee complex system connections that support business processes.
  • Leadership and communication skills are essential for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Analytical skills will be applied to monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.

Responsibilities

  • Translate executive team's strategy into executable operational plans.
  • Develop phased integration roadmaps with defined milestones, KPIs, and risk controls.
  • Conduct build-vs.-buy operational assessments.
  • Partner with accounting on integration budgets and capital planning.
  • Create potential expansion options that will produce revenue for the parent company and other self-sustaining ventures.
