About The Position

IT Director Enterprise Architecture will be responsible for leading the
strategy, design, and execution of SAP ERP and Integration Supply Chain (ISC)
transformations, with a focus on migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. This
role will play a critical part in shaping the future ERP and ISC landscape by
defining best-in-class architecture and ensuring that the migration process
aligns with enterprise standards and business objectives. The leader will
collaborate with global IT, business stakeholders, and technical teams to
deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that meet current and future
business needs. Strong expertise in SAP, particularly in S/4HANA, and proven
leadership in large-scale ERP migrations are essential.

You will report to Senior Director – Applications Enterprise Architecture and
you’ll work out of our USA location in Charlotte on a hybrid work schedule with
at least 3 days a week onsite. In this role, you will impact our organization's
