We are seeking a Director of IT who will provide strong operational leadership while helping us thoughtfully plan for the future. Requirements
- A committed follower of Jesus Christ with an authentic, growing faith.
- Passion for advancing a ministry devoted to the Gospel and the Messianic movement.
- Proven experience leading IT operations in a mid-sized organization (nonprofit experience a plus).
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud systems, and vendor management.
- Strategic thinker with operational follow-through and a collaborative leadership style.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day IT operations, ensuring high system performance and responsive support.
- Oversee infrastructure, cloud environments, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and hardware systems.
- Strengthen cybersecurity safeguards and maintain disaster recovery plans.
- Partner with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with ministry priorities.
- Manage IT vendors, contracts, and budget with accountability and strong stewardship.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency while ensuring responsible implementation.
- Lead and develop IT team members, fostering a service-oriented culture.
