Reporting to the Director of Employee Relations, the Director of Learning and Development (Director 4) is responsible for the daily operations and strategic planning for university-wide learning and development initiatives delivered by HR. This includes the development, implementation and assessment of various learning pathways, professional development opportunities, and leadership empowerment efforts. The primary focus of this position will be to coordinate all aspects of strategic learning programming delivered by HR. In this dynamic role, the Director will work collaboratively with a variety of university stakeholders to identify organizational needs and shape strategies that support learning, effective change management, increased employee engagement, positive performance management and teamwork. This position requires travel and a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours.
