Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of RF Electrical Producibility Engineers, including performance management, coaching, and technical guidance.
  • Oversee resolution of complex technical issues impacting yield, throughput, and product reliability across RF and microwave manufacturing.
  • Drive structured problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis for supplier issues, field returns, and production challenges.
  • Implement continuous improvement and cost‑reduction strategies, including process optimization, automation, and design‑for‑manufacturability enhancements.
  • Direct and execute New Product Implementation (NPI) strategies in partnership with Design and Test Engineering, ensuring smooth transition from development to production.
  • Support DMS activities, including redesigns for obsolete components and long-term manufacturability.
  • Maintain daily engagement with Operations to ensure timely resolution of technical barriers and alignment on production priorities.
  • Apply risk‑management practices to engineering decisions, production readiness, and program execution.
  • Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor, control, and improve manufacturing processes.
