Fidelity Charitable is looking for a Director of Marketing Technology Engineering to lead the team responsible for building and operating the platforms that enable our connections with donors, financial advisors, and nonprofit organizations. This is an opportunity to share the capabilities of Marketing Technology to advance the mission of an organization that supports nonprofits with billions of dollars in donor-recommended grants annually. You will lead software engineers and marketing platform specialists while staying hands-on across platform development, integrations, and implementations within our marketing technology ecosystem. This includes Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Segment CDP, and Adobe Experience Manager, with a focus on audience segmentation, personalized digital experiences, and reliable communications at scale. You will develop and maintain API integrations, event-driven data flows, and platform configurations. These will connect digital experience, customer data, and marketing systems within a Git-based CI/CD workflow. You will also serve as a key technical partner to the marketing, digital, data, and enterprise technology teams, and help define the marketing technology roadmap going forward.
