Responsibilities

  • Build a clear understanding of our customer journey and align the marketing strategy to it.
  • Conduct a brand audit and create a plan to elevate and evolve the LeadSimple brand.
  • Launch a scalable content plan in collaboration with the CEO that supports demand generation and thought leadership.
  • Build strong working relationships with your direct report, marketing vendors, and contractors.
  • Deliver a revised 6-month marketing plan with clear priorities and KPIs.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO on messaging, storytelling, and original content for marketing campaigns.
  • Own the strategic direction for LeadSimple's brand and marketing programs.
  • Oversee execution across content, events, demand generation, product marketing, and brand initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor a direct report and align them to quarterly priorities and growth plans.
  • Maintain accountability and quality across vendor relationships including our Product Marketing Manager and event contractor.
  • Review marketing performance metrics and adjust strategy to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Represent marketing on the leadership team and contribute to company-wide planning and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Track record of building and executing a strategic marketing plan that drives growth and brand awareness.
  • Experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives and collaborating closely with executive leadership.
  • Ability to balance hands-on content creation with high-level brand strategy.
  • Experience managing vendors and contractors to achieve marketing goals.
