Requirements

  • Active RN or BSN license in Florida and graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in home healthcare
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience managing clinicians and caregivers
  • CPR certification required
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations, OASIS documentation, and state and federal home health standards
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinical operations and caregiver services, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and adherence to Medicare Conditions of Participation
  • Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of nurses, therapists, aides, and social workers to achieve strong patient outcomes and coordinated care
  • Recruit, hire, mentor, and retain skilled clinicians while fostering a culture of clinical accountability and collaboration
  • Provide oversight of clinical documentation, including OASIS accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Assess patient care needs, resolve escalated clinical concerns, and ensure a high level of patient and family satisfaction
  • Manage clinical resources and operational workflows to support efficient, high-quality care delivery
