As the Director of Operations at Gravity Haus Breckenridge, you’ll lead our restaurant's strategic and operational success and member amenities. You will oversee the restaurant General Manager (who leads the day-to-day FOH/BOH teams) while also stewarding the overall member experience across StarterHaus (co-working), Dryland (fitness), and our Onsen/Recovery space (hot tubs, future cold plunge, and dry sauna). This position is accountable for financial performance, team leadership, operational execution, member satisfaction, and revenue growth.
