About The Position

We are looking for a strategic and technically adept Director of People Analytics to drive AI-led data products and insights across the Employee Journey In this role you get to: Lead and scale the team and programs responsible for AI and insights led value for HR Business Partner, Global Learning and teams Quantify the value of AI in improving employee productivity and effectiveness Standardize metrics maps and scorecards that can propel people and learning initiatives, including ServiceNow University Build & deliver planning tools and insights across talent acquisition, engagement & growth and retention, that can enable an AI-native business Manage and transform a team of analytics engineers and product managers to lead with AI, and collaborate with other supporting analytics teams to deliver insights to optimize engineering processes

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 13+ years of professional experience, with extensive experience in the B2B or Enterprise SaaS domains
  • Extensive hands-on experience developing and delivering actionable insights for People/ HR and Learning functions
  • 7+ years of people management experience, leading or influencing technical teams, preferably with a global remit
  • Ability to communicate with and influence senior business executives and to translate between technical and non-technical teams
  • BA/BS, with preferred concentration in business or a quantitative field; Masters degree preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams
  • Passion for and experience in applying AI to business problems in the SaaS product domain.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensure high quality deliverables with high attention.
