The Director of People Operations is a strategic and highly operational leader responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing the core infrastructure of the People function. This role owns the systems, data, and operational backbone that enable informed decision‑making, organizational scale, and exceptional employee experiences. You will lead the HR technology stack, ensure secure and compliant handling of employee and company data, drive systems migrations and automation, and bring rigor to compensation planning, workforce data, and people analytics. This role is critical to ensuring the People function operates with precision, transparency, and forward‑looking insight as the company grows.
