Hard Truth Distilling Co. is seeking a high‑performing Director of Private Event Sales to own, grow, and scale private event sales across our 325‑acre destination distillery campus in Brown County. This role exists for one reason: to significantly increase private event revenue and build a best‑in‑class private events business for the long term. This is a sales‑first, revenue leadership position, not an event coordinator role. The Director of Private Event Sales is hyper‑focused on selling high‑value private events, developing a strong pipeline, and closing business. Event execution and administrative support are intentionally built into the role through an Event Support Specialist, allowing the Director to prioritize revenue generation while maintaining strategic involvement in select events.
