About the Role We are building the intelligent operating system for real estate — unifying leasing, maintenance, accounting, and hospitality into one seamless and adaptive experience. Our goal is to make every interaction — whether by a resident, staff member, or operator — feel personalized, effortless, and responsive. This is a hybrid role — one part customer experience champion, one part platform strategist. You’ll drive how complex workflows (like accounting or leasing) become intuitive, intelligent flows — and ensure our product surfaces are warm, powerful, and composable.
