Responsibilities

  • Lead Product Launches: Drive the strategy and execution of product and feature launches, ensuring precision, consistency, and impact across all touchpoints.
  • Craft Messaging & Positioning: Develop differentiated, compelling product messaging and positioning frameworks that resonate with marketers and decision-makers in our target verticals.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and execute go-to-market plans for new and existing products, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Build & Scale the PMM Function: Develop the product marketing team and processes from the ground up, serving as a thought partner to Product and Engineering, and establishing best practices for launch, messaging, and enablement.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep market, customer, and competitive research to inform product-market fit, identify new verticals, and shape our international expansion strategy.
  • Pricing & Packaging: Own strategy for pricing, packaging, and monetization, ensuring our offerings are competitive and aligned with customer needs.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip sales and customer-facing teams with the tools, training, and collateral needed to drive adoption and revenue.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent Creatopy at industry events, webinars, and customer briefings, positioning us as a leader in AI-powered marketing solutions.
  • Measure & Optimize: Define KPIs, analyze performance, and iterate on strategies to maximize business impact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or player-coach capacity, ideally in SaaS, MarTech, or AI.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling B2B software products, including ownership of go-to-market, messaging, and enablement.
  • Deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape and the needs of modern marketers.
  • Experience with pricing, packaging, and international go-to-market strategy preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with international markets, expansion strategy, and adapting messaging for diverse audiences is a plus.
